Bar Supervisor

Description:

As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the bar area, ensuring smooth and efficient service, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your duties will include managing bar staff, coordinating drink preparation, monitoring inventory levels, and upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate bar staff, including training and scheduling

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area

- Assist in creating and updating drink menus

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

- Collaborate with management to develop promotions and events to drive sales

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry with Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent knowledge of bar operations and drink preparation techniques

- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Good English communication skills.

- WSET certification.

- Experience in mixing and creating beverages.
