Bar Team Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

2. Beverage Creation: Develop and innovate a diverse menu of non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality and unique offerings to cater to our diverse clientele.

3. Training: Provide training to the bar staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and customer service, ensuring consistency and excellence.

4. Inventory Management: Oversee the stock of non-alcoholic ingredients, maintaining optimal levels and ensuring timely replenishment.

5. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service to uphold the reputation of our establishment.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate events, and promotions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role within a bar or hospitality setting.

In-depth knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages and mixology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
