As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients through their fragrance journey, and helping them discover scents that perfectly match their personality and style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized fragrance consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and recommending suitable products.
- Educate customers on the unique qualities, notes, and stories behind our luxury fragrances.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our products and creating lasting relationships with clients.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting retail environment, ensuring product displays are visually appealing and stocked.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, brand promotions, and industry trends to offer the best advice to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and participate in special events, launches, and in-store promotions.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include: conversion rates, average transaction value/units, individual and store sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or fashion goods.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred as a second language.
