Hiring for Big Data Administrator (Cloudera Admin) with our client based in Dubai
- Implement and manage Big Data platforms, including Hadoop Cluster management (CDP, CML, NIFI) and other Big Data applications within Cloudera environments.
- Integrate source systems into the Big Data platform and ensure seamless data flow.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization to enhance platform efficiency and scalability.
- Handle release management, CI/CD, and containerization processes for Big Data applications.
- Understand and manage infrastructure and hardware configurations, including on-premise, hybrid cloud, and cloud environments.
- Conduct capacity planning, sizing, backup, disaster recovery, business continuity management, IT service continuity management (ITSCM), and adhere to ITIL practices.
- Implement security controls and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Manage vulnerability management, security agents setup, patch updates, and conduct penetration testing.
- Handle stakeholder and vendor management effectively.
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks such as monitoring, performance tuning, and generating management reports.
