Position: Bilingual Corporate Legal Secretary

Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary in reputable law firms in the UAE
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal terminology
- Expertise in legal document preparation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and legal software applications
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the corporate legal team
- Draft and proofread legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Manage and organize legal files and documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in legal research and prepare relevant reports
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field is preferred
- Proven track record in providing legal secretarial support in a corporate law firm environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
