Languages Required:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer support in French or Spanish while addressing inquiries and resolving issues in English.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactions.
- Ensure clear and professional communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate on enhancing customer care practices and processes.

Requirements:
- Fluency in French or Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
