📍 Location: Abu Dhabi (Head Office - Baniyas Area)
💰 Salary Range: AED 10,000 to AED 12,000
Key Responsibilities:
Review and draft lease contracts for retail properties.
Manage legal contracts tied to business operations.
Prepare, review, and advise on Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs).
Provide legal expertise in lease disputes and related court cases.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations relevant to retail operations.
Offer guidance on legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Act as a bridge between internal teams and external legal authorities.
Serve as the first point of contact for legal and complaint matters.
Requirements:
✅ Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
✅ Solid experience in legal contract management and lease dispute resolution.
✅ Strong understanding of UAE's commercial and real estate laws.
✅ Proven experience in a retail or corporate setting handling legal issues.
