Description:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Bilingual Social Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with a strong ability to craft compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent writing skills, and the ability to adapt content for different cultural contexts.
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content in both Arabic and English for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) for various content pieces including but not limited to calendar creation, captions, video scripts and so on.
- Develop content strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s marketing goals and target audience.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitors to stay updated and integrate relevant trends into content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing posts, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms in both languages.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
Skills/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Writer or similar role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A portfolio of previous work, including examples of social media content created in both languages, is highly desirable.
