Bim Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a BIM Manager, located in Dubai. The BIM Manager's day-to-day tasks will include managing and coordinating BIM coordination, virtual design, and architecture for construction projects. They will also be responsible for overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. It also includes the following tasks:

• Generation and implementation of Revit models at all phases of the projects, using both company or client standards and developing new templates when required
• Day-to-day management of the digital models
• Exchanging project data with multiple consultants through local and virtual servers
• Generating 3D federated models for clash detection, generating reports to demonstrate coordination progress and clash mitigation
• Understanding and proactively implementing the required LOD, and CoBie/CMMS data at each of the project stages, as per project-specific requirements

In order to be considered for the position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:

Bachelor’s degree and 6 (six)+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
