We are seeking a skilled Bioinformatics Developer to join our team in building a cuttingedge custom peptide design tool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in genomic data analysis and peptide design, with experience in bioinformatics tools and machine learning models.

Responsibilities:

Analyze genomic data to suggest peptides for various applications.

Develop and implement algorithms for in silico testing and efficacy backtesting.

Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to integrate bioinformatics functionalities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.

Experience with bioinformatics libraries and tools (e.g., Biopython, BioJava).

Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
