Description:
- The Biology and Human Anatomy Instructor is responsible for teaching and facilitating learning in biology and human anatomy courses. -The instructor will develop and deliver engaging lessons, assess student understanding, and provide support and guidance to help students succeed in their studies.
- The instructor will also contribute to curriculum development and participate in departmental activities to enhance the overall learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lectures, discussions, and practical demonstrations in biology and human anatomy.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning.
- Design assessments, such as quizzes, exams, and assignments, to evaluate student understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching materials.
- Stay updated with advancements in biology and human anatomy research and incorporate relevant information into teaching.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in biology, human anatomy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in biology and human anatomy at the college or university level.
- Strong knowledge of biology and human anatomy concepts and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
