What You'll Be Doing:
- Find the Perfect Match: Search for RFPs in the BPO and customer support industry, using your expert skills to identify the right opportunities for us.
- Create Winning Proposals: Write proposals that stand out—highlighting our strengths and ensuring every detail shines.
- Collaborate Like a Pro: Work closely with our internal teams to gather all the info you need and make sure our proposals align with company goals.
- Be Deadline Savvy: Keep an eye on deadlines and make sure our proposals are submitted on time, every time.
- Own the Process: From discovery calls to final submission, you’ll be in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Stay in the Know: Keep up with the latest trends in the BPO industry so our proposals are always ahead of the curve.
- Follow-Up Like a Boss: Keep track of submitted proposals, handle follow-ups, and manage any negotiations with clients.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in proposal management, especially within the BPO or customer support space.
- A proven track record of crafting successful, standout proposals.
- Excellent writing and communication skills (you know how to tell a story!).
- The ability to juggle tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with RFPs/RFIs/RFQs in the BPO industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools like RFPIO.
