Description:
We are looking for a Team Lead or Branch Supervisor to manage our Team on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and directing visitors in person or on the phone
- Manage team
- Taking orders and proceeding accurately
- Answering or referring inquiries from customers, clients, or the public
- Maintaining employee and department directories
- Scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments for executives or customers
- Sorting and delivering mail to employees
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, copying
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- Customer Engagement and Service: _Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns to ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly._
Requirements:
- Languages: Arabic (Preferred) , Good English
- Must have experience in Food and Beverage industry
- 2 to 5 years of UAE experience and previous work in a similar concept or trade are mandatory.
- Candidates must meet the qualifications specified in the job Post.
