Job Purpose

To lead and manage branch operations, achieve sales and marketing targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure efficient day-to-day management of the branch.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Lead the branch to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Actively engage in sales activities and oversee on-site campaign activations.
  • Generate 20–25 leads daily and ensure 50% of customers served provide Google Reviews.

Marketing:

  • Conduct market research and recommend effective marketing campaigns.
  • Execute promotions, offers, and advertising initiatives to increase branch traffic.
  • Develop and implement attractive combo service offers (e.g., coating + tinting).

On-Site Management:

  • Supervise service technicians, ensuring quality and timely completion of services.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints, delivering tailored automotive solutions.
  • Foster a positive and motivated team culture.
  • Ensure cleanliness, staff punctuality, and adherence to branch standards.
  • Open or close the store based on shift requirements.

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage branch inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Monitor and report on equipment conditions and address maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations (automotive industry preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
