We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Partnerships Executive to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven history of sourcing and securing brand partnerships, especially within the influencer marketing industry. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of influencer marketing, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by connecting brands with our network of influencers.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, ensuring continued business growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expanding the agency’s brand portfolio.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and presentations that meet client objectives and showcase our agency’s value.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions and inform and adjust business development strategies.
- Networking: Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions to promote our services and build new connections.
- Campaign Management: Support the execution of brand campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Influencer Marketing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Native-level fluency in English with strong reading and writing skills; proficiency in additional languages, particularly Arabic, is a significant advantage.
- Established network within the marketing and advertising sectors across the UAE, GCC, USA, and Asia.
- Proven experience in project management and campaign execution.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in building influencer campaigns and securing brand partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
