We are hiring a Brokerage Admin Executive.
We are looking for a responsible Executive to perform a variety of administrative tasks connected to property sale and rent.
Duties include providing support to our managers and brokers, performing real-estate market research, complete and store all paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools like MS Office, CRM system, market data providers and office equipment.
If you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant and familiarity within real-estate industry, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate sale and rent prices trends in different areas of Dubai
- Monitor the progress of market trends using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
- Ensure each transaction complies with legalities
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
- Collaborate with other members of sales team, as well as marketing team, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales/rent activities and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English + Native speaker/Fluent in one or more European languages
- Previous real-estate experience is a huge advantage
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and business best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities

- Detail oriented to ensure all documents are properly reviewed
