We are looking Business Analyst (Mobile Application & Policy Servicing) for a reputed company at Abu Dhabi Contract Role.
Experience: 7-8 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for mobile app features and also functionalities related to policy servicing.
- Conduct user interviews and workshops to understand user needs and preferences.
- Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications for the development team.
- Work closely with the app development team to ensure the implementation of policy servicing features aligns with business goals.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that app features meet the defined requirements.
- Continuously monitor and provide feedback on the app’s performance and functionality.
- Analyze existing policy servicing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend changes and enhancements to streamline policy servicing workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from policy servicing data, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track policy servicing performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, including underwriters, customer service representatives, and IT professionals.
- Liaise with external partners and vendors involved in mobile app development and maintenance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and test plans.
- Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with QA and testing teams to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for policy servicing features.
- Participate in test case execution, providing subject matter expertise and ensuring that test cases align with business requirements.
- Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to verify that enhancements and fixes do not adversely impact existing functionality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Knowledge on Insurance policy administration systems is a must.
- 7 – 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on mobile app development and policy servicing.
- Proficiency in mobile app development concepts and methodologies.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
