The Business Analyst Reinsurance & Digital Transformation role is a full-time on-site position located in Abu Dhabi. This role involves various day-to-day tasks such as analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, developing reports, designing digital transformation strategies, and driving end-to-end implementation of reinsurance projects. The role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

·      Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on reinsurance and digital transformation.

·      Strong understanding of reinsurance concepts, processes, and regulations.

·      Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
