Hiring Business Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming leads and conduct meetings to understand clients’ business needs and present appropriate setup/expansion plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Present tailored recommendations to leads based on their business activities, requirements, and market opportunities.
  • Exceptional client portfolio management skills ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful business transactions in company formation.
  • Manage client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals.
  • Efficiently close deals and agreements to ensure successful business transactions and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain the CRM and all internal systems updated.
  • Stay informed about changes to government policies, regulations, processes, etc., and their impact on the setup process.
  • Apply client knowledge and opportunity management to craft high-impact solutions.
  • Keep clients informed of the status and progress of their application for a smooth process.
  • Attend networking events to promote our services.
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports.
  • Share insights with the marketing team to improve performance and lead quality.
  • Devise strategies and propose promotions and initiatives to drive the sales process

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business setup, company formation, or a related field, with expertise in Mainland and Free Zone license setups.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing client relationships and providing high-quality customer service.
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of government policies, regulations, and business setup processes in the respective region, covering Mainland and Free Zone licenses.
  • Ability to identify and act on new business opportunities.
  • A proactive and dynamic approach to business development.
  • Experience in up-selling and cross-selling services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be a brand ambassador for the company and represent the business with a professional and positive attitude at all times.
