We are seeking a talented individual who can take our beauty school to new heights through strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and client relationship management.
- Key Responsibilities:*
- In-depth understanding of the beauty, make up and education industry optimizing every possible opportunity.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the reach and influence of the beauty school.
- Driving license / mobility is essential
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with beauty brands, salons, spas, and industry influencers to enhance the school's network and reputation.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders to create mutually beneficial collaborations and sponsorships.
- Lead marketing initiatives, including digital and traditional marketing campaigns, to elevate the school's brand and increase brand awareness.
- Use data analysis to drive informed decisions and refine business development strategies.
- Responsible for the overall growth of the school and the brand with an all rounded approach from identifying the right trainers to curating the syllabus, student enrollment experience to placements, networking and partnerships, marketing and branding, lead generation to exceeding business targets, etc.
- Build and nurture a team to successfully manage and operate the school aligning with its vision.
- Actively involved in PR and networking events understanding that these events usually take place on weekends or after working hours.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for clear insights and forecast.
- Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development within the beauty, cosmetics, or education sector.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
