Business Developer For Architectural Firm

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai

for a Business Developer at an architectural firm. The Business Developer will

identify new business opportunities and partnerships, develop proposals and

presentations, participate in project discussions, negotiate project contracts,

and ensure effective communication between the client and the project team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business

Administration, Architecture, or related fields

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in Architecture & Design industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues

Experience in developing and implementing successful business development strategies, marketing plans, and sales forecasts

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and project management software

Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements

Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages are a plus.
