We are looking for a strategist, ready to be a pioneer in market expansion in Dubai's thriving real estate sector. This is an exceptional role for a professional with a deep understanding of real estate business development. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to find potential clients and maintain relationships via our vast database of owners/investors.
• Negotiate offers and draft agreements for signing.
• Maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients to promote future business.
• Scheduling and attending meetings with potential clients.
• Coordination with internal business units like sales and marketing.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1 plus years Real Estate Experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration or related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Self-Driven, Ambitious and Trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently and with great dedication.
• Knowledge of CRM, Ms Office is a must.
• Knowledge of real estate laws.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
