Looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development & Management professional to join. This role is a unique opportunity to be the right-hand person to one of the owners and play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple businesses. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional with expertise in business development and management, social media marketing and content creation, accounting and finance and possess a great sales personality to generate more corporate sales. This individual will serve as a point of contact between the owner and other team members, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our diverse portfolio of ventures. In a nutshell, you will be handling a lot of tasks and responsibilities that help run a business. If you are a multitasker, proficient in English and Arabic, and hold a UAE driving license, I would love to hear from you. Currently running a business in the chocolates, flowers and gifting markets with more ideas for growth.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives to expand our businesses.
Lead sales efforts to generate corporate partnerships and sales and meet targets.
Business Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple businesses, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Communicating with production team, delivery operations, customers and suppliers.
Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience on platforms such as Meta (Facebook), Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat.
Accounting and Finance (strongly preferred)
Manage financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Team Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact between the owner and other team members, facilitating communication and collaboration, while also managing emails/meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, management and sales.
- Strong background in social media marketing and digital strategy.
- Proficiency in accounting and finance principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of adaptability and a proactive mindset.
- High work rate and the ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- UAE driving license is necessary.
