• A minimum of 3 years of business development or sales experience in the FinTech industry, within the UAE.
• Proven sales or business development experience meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent ability to communicate in English and Arabic.
• Ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of FinTech market trends and potential opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
