Business Development Associate

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Junior Business Development Associate to join our Human Resources Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in business development or HR Consultancy and will be responsible for reaching out to large corporations, establishing relationships, and securing agreements to fulfill their staffing needs with our pool of job seekers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients to establish business relationships.
• Negotiate and secure agreements with large corporations to meet their staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR Consultancy or business development or client management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
