Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate at CAST Construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and presenting business proposals. Excellent communication skills are essential for maintaining client relationships and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development (Construction-Contracting) for 2-3 years (Junior/Mid-level)
• Presentation Skills and Presentations
• Lead Generation and Market Research

Strong Communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• This role is suited for professionals with 2-5 years of experience (mid-level).
