We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive – Holiday Homes.
Responsibilities:
- Set up & execute holiday homes business model & marketing strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities through thorough research, effective networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize holiday homes revenues
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable vacation home rental solutions.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and skillful negotiations to secure new contracts.
- Meet ambitious sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Collaborate closely with the management to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license and car.
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about sales and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of the vacation rental industry.
- Ability to commute/relocate.
