Description:

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive – Holiday Homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up & execute holiday homes business model & marketing strategy.
  • Identify new business opportunities through thorough research, effective networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize holiday homes revenues
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable vacation home rental solutions.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and skillful negotiations to secure new contracts.
  • Meet ambitious sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Collaborate closely with the management to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license and car.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about sales and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry.
  • Ability to commute/relocate.
