Hiring Business Development Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationship with existing and new clients
- Contact the clients via telephone to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients
- Maintain meaningful relationships with the partners
- Research, identify and onboard new partners
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Utilize strategic account planning and sale pipeline management tools
- Attend conferences, expos, and industry events
- Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to client in a timely manner
- Identify and recruit new affiliates and IBs to join the partner program
- Develop and monitor affiliate promotions
- Continually motivate affiliates to perform better.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent in Arabic, both oral and written. Fluent in English
- Academic degree in Business, Marketing or related field will be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience in a FX related Business development role (essential)
- You must have your own network/portfolio
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate and persuade
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
- Sales-oriented mindset.
