The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Major Abilities :
Responsibilities:
. Build relationships with prospective clients
. Sales visit to ideal prospects
. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
. Manage sales pipeline
. Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
. Identifying and researching potential clients, business opportunities, partnerships, collaborations, etc.
. Enhancing the company’s brand awareness and corporate image.
Qualifications/Ideal Profile:
. You have at least 2 years of experience, ideally in Outdoor Sales and/ or Business Development
. You are a strong networker & relationship builder
. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
You possess problem-solving skills.
