Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in building channel partnerships and promoting our products and services. You will be responsible for prospecting potential channel partners & potential clients, arranging meetings through zoom or physical means, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential channel partners across different segments, including real estate developers, insurance providers, investment bankers, and other relevant industries.

• Utilize effective telesales techniques to generate interest and promote our products and services to potential buyers.

• Engage with potential channel partners & clients via phone calls, email communications, and other appropriate channels to establish rapport, understand their needs, and communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

• Arrange meetings and product demonstrations with channel partners & clients through zoom or physical meetings, ensuring effective follow-up and timely updates.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to channel partners and address any queries or concerns they may have.

• Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Development or a similar role.

. Must have Real estate experience.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential partners effectively.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a go-getter attitude and a drive for success.

• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.

• Familiarity with network marketing concepts and strategies will be an added advantage

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
