RED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING CENTER L.L.C is a dynamic and rapidly growing training Institute company dedicated to providing top-quality products/services to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Business Development Executive to join our expanding sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry directories.
Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for sales.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with prospects, answer their questions, and provide information about our products/services to pique their interest.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product/service offerings and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
Sales Quotas: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.
Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and actively participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
