Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive specializing in Manpower Supply, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall expansion of our manpower supply services.

Key Responsibilities;

Market Research:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective business strategies.

Business Development:

• Generate new business leads and opportunities in the field of manpower supply.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their workforce needs.

Proposal Development:

• Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client requirements.

Contract Negotiation:

• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.

Client Relationship Management:

• Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5-7 years in business development, specifically in the manpower supply sector.
• Strong understanding of the labor market and workforce dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
