Business Development Executive required

Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads through networking, identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities; coordinating generation activities ; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients. Making multiple calls (Cold calling, outbound calls) to potential clients and working with client through the closing process.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting and also maintain short and long term business development plans.
- Creating positive and long lasting relationship with potential clients.
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of proposals etc.
- Maintaining client activities in CRM
Qualification:
- Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales or related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales or related role. Previous law firm experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, communication or a related field (masters degree preferred)
- Excellent selling, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
- Ability to provide consistent and high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite(PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.,)
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license and own a vehicle for transportation purposes , Willingness to travel as required.
