Business Development Executive

Description:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and establishing relationships with potential clients for an architecture and interior design firm. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. This is an on-site role based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Implement lead generation strategies to identify and pursue potential project opportunities.

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.

• Work closely with our design team at Designifec Firm to showcase completed projects and highlight the firm's

expertise.

• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Designifec Architectural Firm and

build a strong professional network.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Collaborate with the sales team

to convert leads into successful projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, or a similar role within the architecture or consultancy industry.

- Strong track record of generating leads, negotiating and closing deals, and meeting sales targets

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners

- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Ability to do visits to multiple consultancy firms.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
