Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bids & Business Development Executive ( Arabic speaker) located in Abu Dhabi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Lead the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, and proposals in response to client requirements.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of bids.

• Develop compelling bid content, including executive summaries, technical responses, and pricing strategies.

• Review and analyze bid documents, contracts, and terms to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and industry analysis.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and tailor offerings to meet client needs.

• Nurture existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and expand our client base.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to address their challenges and objectives.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.

• Gather market intelligence and insights to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.

• Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or marketing field

• Proven 4 to 5 years’ experience in bid management, business development, or sales roles, preferably in facility management industry.

• Strong understanding of the bid process, contract management, and proposal writing.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
