Description:

As a Business Development Executive /Sales Representative specializing in Relocation Services, particularly packers and movers, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our firm's relocation solutions. Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities include:

- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and target potential clients, including individuals, families, corporations, and organizations in need of relocation services.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, relocation consultants, real estate agents, HR professionals, and other stakeholders in the industry.

- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the relocation services sector to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, utilizing a combination of prospecting, networking, and lead generation techniques.

- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering personalized relocation solutions tailored to their specific requirements, while emphasizing the unique advantages of our services.

- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our operations team, logistics personnel, and customer service representatives to ensure seamless delivery of relocation services and exceptional customer experiences

- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management, detailing sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations for business growth.

 

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the relocation services industry or a related field.

- Knowledge of relocation processes, including packing, moving, storage, and logistics, is advantageous.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
