Business Development Executive

 

Description:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) at Manzil Health promotes and sells our programs and services. Reporting to the Marketing and business Development Manager, the BDE focuses on growing patient volumes through building relationships with referral sources and community stakeholders. The BDE will spend 90% of their time working outside the office with referral providers, community healthcare organizations, and consumers and 10% in the office coordinating and planning initiatives. They will also complete weekly and monthly reports as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline and track metrics to ensure targets are met
  • Promote Manzil Health services to grow patient volumes and revenue
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of Manzil’s programs
  • Handle patient service inquiries and coordinate with the clinical team
  • Represent Manzil Health at community health-related meetings
  • Ensure sales goals and KPIs are achieved
  • Maintain a database of customer and referral contacts
  • Gather market and competitor intelligence
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • Proven success in the full sales cycle, including closing deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
