Description:
We are considering profiles with the following qualifications:
- Proven 4-6 years experience in a similar role for a licensed Medical Laboratory in Dubai and/or the northern Emirates,
- Tangible sales record in working with licensed medical providers using reference laboratories,
- Solid experience in Dubai insurance formalities,
- Ability to demonstrate a robust network of contacts within hospitals, clinics, referring physicians, insurance and HSE management of corporates.
- Clinical experience and education in our field of services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Setting out objectives strategy – design and obtain approval for a list of sales initiatives along with the direct manager,
- Leads origination – originate initial contact with its proprietary contacts network and follow up by generating leads on targets,
- Contract Formalities – own and update our contract templates based on the unique client circumstances, ensuring full document compliance and following our contracting process until contract signing and approval,
- Pricing strategy – investigate competition status (prices/services) and advice on the cost/benefit impact of pricing while proposing deal-closing prices to the direct manager,
- Customer relations – continue servicing all customer requirements along the contract duration coordinating with the Laboratory operations team,
- Maintenance of sales pipeline – keep its pipeline of contracts/clients and periodically (bi-weekly) update the line manager on the progress.
