Description:
Generate qualified leads and secure new interior fit-out building contracting projects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and exceeding their expectations.
Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations that effectively showcase Fitout's capabilities and value proposition.
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
Manage and grow a personal client database, fostering long-term relationships.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-4 years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B sales, preferably within the interior fit-out or building contracting industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing new business.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
