Description:
Job Summary: As a Business Development executive you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and promoting our recruitment services. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and maximizing revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research prospective clients within target industries and markets.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and networking activities.
- Understand clients' hiring needs and challenges to effectively promote our recruitment solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to deliver exceptional client service.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Represent WhizzHR at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
