We are seeking an experienced and motivated business development expert to join our growing startup remote team. The business development expert will be integral to our expansion efforts, focusing on building strategic partnerships, exploring new market opportunities, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential business partners and opportunities.
• Conduct initial consultations with potential partners, understanding their needs and presenting our solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies to close new business deals and secure partnerships.
• Track and report on business development activities and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a track record of securing and nurturing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• A degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
