Role Overview: As the Business Development Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company in the healthcare sector. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business initiatives, fostering key relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the business development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas for expansion within the healthcare industry in Abu Dhabi.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and COOs of healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and business development discussions.

Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive revenue growth.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners.

Market Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on market conditions and potential risks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development within the healthcare industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive results.
