Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle in Facilities Management Services. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Find potential new customers, present to them and ultimately convert them into clients.
- Ability to think outside the box, meet tight deadlines, and be flexible
- Continue to grow business in the future by implementing tactics in line with the company image
- Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for the sales team while providing support that will continually improve the relationship.
- Work with the Business Development Director, Bid Manager & Operations Leads to develop alternative commercial models and offerings
- Handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in the sales industry
- 5 years experience in Business Development and Lead Generation activities, preferably with facilities management or related experience
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
