Role:
- Identify targeted business opportunities to turn into a solid pipeline, from leads to closed sales for Furniture & Interior Fit our clients within designated market sectors.
- Generate sales, sell and negotiate prices, prepare contracts and close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales & margin targets, in accordance with the company business plan.
- Responsible for managing the complete sales cycle.
- Identify the clients requirements and develop ways to improve their customer experience
- Ensure site visits are being conducted as per sales process, in conjunction with the operational team.
- Coordinate tenders, bids and pitches.
- Track projects where there will be the option to work as a supplier and/or contractor.
- Understand the legal requirements of the tender and manage the entire process to signing of contract along with the commercial team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitored and track key learnings for future growth.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Interior Design is an advantage
- 5 years’ experience in the field of sales in UAE in the Fit-out, construction, Furniture, Interior Design Industry.
- Strong background in cold/warm calling, established industry network and referral marketing
- Must have worked in a high-revenue/net worth client acquisition role in the UAE.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with effective negotiation skills
- Strong communication abilities, including advanced presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power-Point
- UAE Driving License is a must
