JOB LOCATION: Abu Dhabi – UAE
JOB SUMMARY:
- Accomplish development objective by planning development. Implement and evaluation strategic and business plans.
- Finding new (growth opportunities) and strategic partnership that open new markets.
- Market penetration by analysis external environment, competitors, and products.
- Market development by increase our target scope and Strategic partnership.
- Product development to increase its life cycle and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
- Accomplish development objective by planning development. Implement and evaluation strategic and business plans.
- Finding new (growth opportunities) and strategic partnership that open new markets.
- Market penetration by analysis external environment, competitors, and products.
- Market development by increase our target scope and Strategic partnership.
- Product development to increase its life cycle and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for continuous development on operational cycle by using the proper tools for milking incubation feeding and all procedures after that.
- Mining in newest research into toxins to be used in the development of our products to be the nucleus and idea of a new products.
- Continuous market follows up to competitors and their products and use them in the development of our business operations.
- Following up all scientific conferences in the field of toxicology to benefit from in the development of our business.
- Develop our focus in maximum expansion by developing products derived from toxins ▪ Document all phases of research and development.
- Transfer new technologies – product and manufacturing into our company.
Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, or related to Biotech.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
