We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our client portfolio. Your deep understanding of the software and game development industry, combined with your excellent communication skills, will be essential in promoting our services and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
- Research, identify, and target potential clients and markets for software and game development services.
- Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns and strategies to attract new clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to address their challenges.
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new service offerings.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the development and design teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development or sales, preferably within the software or game development industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
