Business Development Manager

AlBasem Capital is actively seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our outstanding team in Dubai. We are in search of a dynamic and visionary individual capable of generating new projects and fostering business expansion.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Facilities Management within the Emirate of Dubai.

Proficiency in cultivating and expanding a robust network of relationships within the Facilities Management sector.

Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle (if available).

Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Thorough understanding of the Dubai market and available business prospects.

Main Responsibilities:

Devising and executing strategies to attract new projects.

Cultivating strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.

Analyzing the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and providing regular reports.

Successfully negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients and partners.

Overseeing project execution to ensure the attainment of predetermined objectives.

Regularly reporting on business performance and future prospects to company management.
