Our client is a global oil and gas company. We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our client. This position will be based in Doha, Qatar and relocation to Qatar is required.

- Developing short-, medium- and long-term Business Strategy for consolidation, diversification, and expansion of business
- Identify Business opportunities with existing customers and potential clients
- Explore new clients within Qatar, GCC, and international market
- Provide market analysis to recognize potential new markets and existing market expansion
- Solid networking & connection with key players within the Oil & Gas Wellhead Manufacturing, Machining, Welding Overlay / Cladding industry
- Manage qualifications of the company with potential clients
- Establish & drive achievement of KPI’s of Business Development (Sales & Marketing)
- Establishing Relation with OEM’s & Offer Company Services
- Must have solid experience of costing & understanding of project execution for securing continues stream of business
- Manage tender submission & provide input to the bidding department to come with the winning strategy for various bids
- Create, negotiate & close commercial agreement
Candidate Requirements
- Similar work experience in a related position
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/equivalent, MBA is a plus
- Managerial experience in Business Development is an advantage
- Experience in establishing JVs will be an added advantage
- Fluency in English is a must
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- High level of motivation and commitment for team results, high achievement orientation
- Highly organized and able to prioritize activities to achieve customer and business objectives
