Business Development Manager

Description:

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager for a hybrid role based in Dubai with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth opportunities in existing and new markets. They will also lead generation activities, manage customer accounts, build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and create new business ventures while also managing the full sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, or related field
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with Dubai's tourism market and regulations for short-term rentals
• Proven track record of developing and implementing growth strategies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
