Hiring Business Development Manager
Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 10,000 – 15,000 + Sales Commission

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field
- 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in Sales/Business development within the Construction/Contracting companies.
- Driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within the construction industry.
- Developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Submitting bids, proposals, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Negotiating and closing contracts and agreements with clients.
- Must have In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including market dynamics, project lifecycle, and industry players.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent presentation skills.
- Must have valid UAE driving license.
